Changing Landscapes offers a wide variety of services:

• Design of water features such as waterfalls, ponds, fountains, pools, spas.
• Design of hardscape elements such as  terraces, arbors, walls, walks, steps, paths, fencing and gates, fireplaces, barbecue, outdoor kitchens, patios, decks.
• Creation of a master plan as well as other needed plans--site plans, planting plans, irrigation plans, lighting plans etc.--so you know exactly what you're getting.
• Maintenace of commercial and residential property
• Helpful instructions such as the spring start-up and winterization of irrigation systems.
• Testing of double-check valves, which must be tested each year.
• Consultation --to create a landscape plan, to identify plants and their proper care, to discuss strategies for storm water management or other needs you have.

Designs

Have experience designing:

• Xeriscape landscapes to cut down on water usage.
• Blend of Northwest and Asian style landscapes.
• Native plants gardens that are easy to maintain and attract wildlife.
• English/French style cottage gardens 

Design Process:

Measurements of buildings and property are taken, along with a complete inventory of existing site conditions.

Provide drawings with a variety of approaches and preliminary cost estimates so a budget can be established.

Outlines scope of the project and costs involved.

1. Meet with you to evaluate the site and determine your needs.
2. Survey/site analysis.
3. Preliminary design and budget specs.
4. Master plan and bid.
5. Schedule work.

Work begins once final plans and cost estimates are approved.
